Solo Traveler
I loved the location.
The Omni is impressive upon entry, and the staff makes you feel incredibly welcome. the rooms are nice and roomy for San Francisco. I also didn't hear any noise in my room from neighboring rooms or the elevator (and we were pretty close). I am usually very bothered by outside noise, but I didn't hear a peep here. My only disappointment is that the restaurant and bar are not very appealing. We didn't eat in the restaurant and so I don't know about the quality of the food, but it just wasn't an inviting atmosphere. It looked very hotel/business. The other hotels downtown have restaurants/bars that draw people from the outside and it would have been nice if ours did too. Family with Young Children
The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was exactly what we needed. We have small children and they loved it. The staff gave the kids little backpacks with toys and games. It was like Christmas for them. Great kid friendly hotel. ...read more

This hotel is very nice and we never saw a line to check-in during our stay. The location is walking distances to the China town area.
